Sofía Arias: Change inspires constant B A L A N C E , which is why it's of essence to cultivate it. We can c r e a t e the s p a c e through healing practice and sacred rituals, which become our strongest resilience. - Sofía Arias has more than a decade in experience in the fields of Yoga, Ayurveda & Health and Wellness. Her work flows from teaching Yoga and offering Ayurveda Wellness Counseling and Yoga Therapy as a way of integral Health Coaching. Sofía specializes in Vinyasa and Yin yoga, as well as Restorative/Therapuetic Styles of yoga + Mindfulness Training. As a Mama, she loves to support All Women to integrate this new phase of their lives + adores the concept of Intentional space, which to her includes: design psychology, nature and simplicity. Her passions include cooking & staying close to nature - these include: Retreats in beautiful country of Panama or arranging flowers in her Panama city home. Being a Mom is her favorite, though. She's the co-founder of BLOOM, Panama's Women's collective offering Retreats and support for Women in all phases of life.
